UKHCS  as a homecare agency. We provide adult social care to the elderly and disabled in their home.

We are not required to be CQC registered given we do not undertake any regulated activities as prescribed in Schedule 1 (read with Schedule 2) to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (S.I. 2014/2936)

We undertake work in North London. We seek to work with other agencies wherever possible and in some instances, compliment CQC operators who offer personal care, whilst we handle all the unregulated care, such as cleaning, washing, preparing food, prompting medicine, doing groceries, providing companionship and providing respite to the unpaid carers, who wish to take some a rest.

The core mission of UKHCS is to provide clients with the support they need to promote their wellbeing and live as independently as possible in the homes they have probably known and loved for most of their lives. Our care workers are at the forefront of providing this care by providing vital day-to-day aid and assistance.

We understand that being in control of your own life and care is important and design our services to support your personal choices at every stage.

UKHCS offers a wide range of services that are available across the London tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Our dedicated, compassionate and friendly staff are committed to providing support with dignity and respect at all times ensuring that your wellbeing is promoted and part 1 of the Care Act 2014 is adhered to in the strongest possible terms.

This forms part of UKHCS Person-Centred strategy in the continuous delivery of care and support. In addition, we provide training both internally and externally for staff team members to enhance their career developments.
